How It Works

Hypnotherapy addresses root causes, targeting specific problems to which behavioural and emotional connections have become attached or even ingrained. The underlying purpose is to help every unique individual, moving beyond coping strategies, to the core of behavioural patterns;  initially from awareness to enabling the change that is desired. This method is proven to produce better, lasting health outcomes.

By comparison, mediation is effective, however, it does require a daily commitment that can be difficult to stay with in a busy life. At Clear Minds we also provide for this method however, we know from our community that whilst it works well for some, many feel it virtually impossible to stick with a routine and some even post feelings of guilt and anxiety  for not being able to  manage it.

At Clear Minds we provide a range of therapies including breathing, coaching and meditation as we believe in providing what works best for each individual mind. The difference with Hypnotherapy however, has been massive and this is largely due to the fact that , not only does it work at a deeper level but also because we have designed the functionality and the delivery, to fit with life and work for each unique individual, on demand,  as and when they need it which for the vast majority is either first thing in the morning or, when it is time for bed and where the brain is known to be more receptive.

From Measurement to Meaning

The surge of wearable technology that has proliferated over recent years, tends to alert us, relentlessly, when we are anxious or sleep-deprived — but tends to offer no forward path to what to do about it.  Data without direction has itself created anxiety as most people do not know where to turn for support, which within the health sector, comes with access issues, waiting lists and costs and fundamentally is characterised by  Where do I start?

What we know from the four dedicated years of providing assistance to millions of minds is that the same pressures once felt by individuals are now being mirrored across entire organisations and that people thrive in communities, not in a vacuum engulfed by problems.

We have therefore  taken our established community model and moved it directly into the workforce — creating guided, self-directed support systems that fit naturally into the daily routines and unforeseen interruptions of every person.

The community aspect is unique to clear minds, facilitates;  peer-to peer support networks with story sharing,  and comes with  in-person events.
